1. Go To Settings->Application Manager->All->Gallery.Then click Force Stop.
2. Next Goto Settings->Accounts and Sync->Click On Your Google Account->Uncheck the Sync Picasa web album.If you are running Jellybean make sure that you click on your email address once because otherwise you wont be able to view the Sync Picasa Web Album Option.
3. Go To Settings->Application Manager->All->Gallery.Click on Clear Data and Clear Cache.
4. Now when you open your Gallery all your photos synced from Picasa would have gone.
